GLENCORE Mount Isa Mines
One brand new bus with three years of insurance, registration and service expenses.
YACCA were over the moon we we got the phone call that Glencore were approving the funds for us to buy a new bus with all the extras including a bullbar, towbar, window tinting and seat covers. As if that wasn't enough, they also approved funding for three years of Insurance, registration and service expenses. We haven't had this bus it has already been put to work and is racking up the K's supporting families and children every day. We were desperate for help as a self funded volunteer run organisation. We will be forever grateful that this very large mining company put faith in us in our small and new organisation. We al have to start somewhere and we will always remember that Glencore gave us that first big step up. Now that we have the wheels to move, watch us go!

We have had so much support from I.S.C. over the years. They have run fundraisers for us and provided monetary donations as well as advice and support from the start. Its people like Courtney and Trav from I.S.C. that make the world a better place in so many ways and we are very lucky to have benefited from their ongoing generosity.
